This Website and the associated toolkit report were created by Econservation Institute and funding through the United States Environmental protection Agency Resource Conservation Challenge (RCC) grant. The goals of the grant project are:

  • 1) Complete in-depth research of a number of leading food waste collection programs
    2) Develop a "toolkit" for food collection technology transfer
    3) Conduct webinars and presentations to disseminate the "toolkit" report
